Much like other conservative policies, it is simply another way to bankrupt and discredit social services. These are the same people to decry state welfare and its ineffectiveness while simultaneously cutting the budget. <BR/><BR/>This is the underlying conservative agenda. Bankrupt domestic social services by racking up a huge national debt that will require federal budget cuts to pay back the debt. <BR/><BR/>As a progressive educator, I have been saying this for some time but as usual such comments are relegated to liberal whining. This is not about partisanship its about what is good for our country. Privatization of education is fine if it comes with public oversight.
