If you d...Well, here's the unfortunate problem. If you don't want anyone to get into trouble or get into good trouble, nothing can change. That's scary as a teacher. Been there, done that (both ends of the spectrum).<br /><br />If you are ready to quit, you have your answer. Put yourself first. Prioritize tasks (if needed, directly ask your principal). Care for the kids. Unrealistic benchmarks/eval can wait. What are they going to do, after all, fire you?
