When the recent NCES study findings were announced on the same day that Spellings was promoting her $100 million voucher show, it was a huge embarrassment to the privatizers' PR machine. Predictably, they went to their research chef and Harvard hack-ademic, Paul Peterson, to do an rebuttal of the NCES study.
Here is a link to the Think Tank Review Project at Arizona State, which has an ongoing effort to peer review all types of sludge tank research that, otherwise, would be passed on to the public as legitimate.
