Wanted: A Few Good Educators Seeking to Become Social Justice Leaders

Are You Looking to Become an SJL in K-12 Education?

The Educational Leadership Doctoral Program (ELDP) at Cambridge College offers a unique degree program for educators pursuing careers as social justice leaders in education. 

Our program features--
  • Curriculum, pacing, and cohort community model with open and integrative collegiality among students and faculty
  • An applied philosophy of sustainable, reflective democracy-in-practice
  • Practice in developing a deep understanding and commitment to research that matters
  • A tradition of guiding students to become transformative social justice leaders with the skills and dispositions to challenge educational inequality and embrace educational quality for all.
