    Please read NYC Public School............. This is radical behavioral psychology based on the theories of Pavlov and Skinner. I have been trying to get these programs out of our schools since 1978. Most are promoted by the USDOE agencies/departments. They appear to have taken over the charter schools through one program or another. Ann Herzer, Independent Researcher
