Led once more down the primrose path by an out-of-touch Ted Kennedy, the Senate today approved a measure to give public support to private and church schools (see story here). Somehow Kennedy thinks his hands are clean because the vouchers are being funneled through local school systems on the Gulf Coast who will then make the handouts. Said one opponent of this "temporary" measure,
