FairTest, AFT, and NEA Lock Arms to Support New High Stakes Testing Plan

At least the pretending is over.  From Monty Neill:
The NEA is working with Reps Sinema and Gibson to obtain organizational endorsement for their bill (allowing grade-span testing) which they will re-introduce in the House on Jan 21.. . .FairTest strong endorses this bill and urges all groups to endorse it.
