Green Dot

Notice Green Dot's Chief Academic Officer says: "In no way have we cracked the code," which runs contrary to what Secretary Duncan allegedly told Steve Barr at an earlier meeting.
$1.2 million on security - which must be considered part of the 94% of tax dollars allegedly making it's way to the classroom (err, security compound?), or at least so claims their CAO (check the 2:33 mark).
