If you are wondering how competency-based "education," digital badges, and the gig economy will be monitored if the corporate profiteers have their way, get a look at the dystopian future of education and the workplace, or the gigosphere, if you will. 

Note that any college graduates with massive debt can chip away at their debt by, essentially, becoming an online adjunct in the non-existent university, where they are paid $2,500 for teaching the courses they passed (earning edublocks) in college.  It is the perfect system to eliminate 2 year and 4 year public colleges, along with the left-wing professors who teach there.

  1. The minute it said Bitcoin, I stopped listening. BTW, where is Bitcoin these days? Years ago, I had a colleague who wanted to buy into the system but never moved on it.
