New Study on Standardized Testing

We're up to the $3.2 billion annually on standardized tests, according to a new study by Education Sector entitled Margins of Error: The Education Testing Industry in the No Child Left Behind Era (click for pdf) . Includes important reference material on expenditures by states and on the major and niche players in the testing frenzy.
